WHO IS THAT ON THE PHONE?
There’s nine of us now and we’re always looking for new team members. Pavel and Petr, college friends who always wanted to be in business together and finally managed to make it happen! We both love IT, although Pavel definitely knows more about it. We are fascinated by careers and their unpredictability. Fortune favours the prepared mind and that’s precisely where we come in!
Has twelve years of experience with software development as both developer and architect, including inter-platform Java/Net integration. Pavel graduated from Informatics at the University of Economics in Prague. He is responsible both for our technical know-how and for the development of our career platform based on Google API.
Has eight years of experience with headhunting and recruiting IT professionals – from graduates to technological evangelists and managers. An international trade and IT graduate from the University of Economics in Prague, he is fascinated by trends and their fluctuation across a global marketplace. Petr specializes in client care, recruitment and is responsible for the quality of our services.
Since 2006 Vojtěch lives the Prague IT human resources market story. As a headhunter and IT recruiter he truly believes in an individual approach. Graduate of University of Economics in Prague – IT and business administration. Although having a great experience when working for corporation (Google) he decided to focus on career advisory. Thanks to having a good overview of well known – as well as startup-like companies he is ready to help you driving your career forward.

Ála is a nice girl from Morava. She has the energy of ten, her own mind, original ideas and calls things their true names. She likes to know where she stands and is not afraid to ask. She is a hard-worker and a perfectionist with a sense of detail. You can bet she will not finish untill all things are fine-tuned. Her strength lies in the ability to turn complicated into simple. Ever since she took over moderating our scrum meetings, nobody is laughing at her funny post-its anymore.
